Raul is passionate about technology. He is a self-described nerd who loves nothing more than to teach other blind people how to use computers, smart phones, and other devices as efficiently as he does. His company, RGA Tech Solutions, is highly respected, and he works with his wife, Stacie, to provide unparalleled service and support to all his clients.

He does nothing less for blind people who need advocacy and support from the National Federation of the Blind. He is especially involved with advocacy for guide dog users and serves as president of the National Association of Guide Dog Users.

Raul joined our affiliate board in 2020 and works hand-in-hand with other board members to ensure that all blind Texans will have the opportunity to live full, independent lives.
